Hi everyone! I'm Miakemi. I also go by Mia or Kimiko. I'm 23 and have been an off and on roleplayer for most of my life.
My first roleplays were all in person with one or two other kids back before the internet was much of a thing (funny to think about now, huh? XD). One of those roleplays (with our dear admin, Yami) gave me some of my oldest characters.
I moved to roleplaying online back when Neopets was still young. The guilds introduced me to online roleplay, starting with wolves and moving to Warriors (the cat books) back when that was popular. I took a very long break from roleplay after I left Neopets, and this will be my first real attempt at roleplaying with people outside of those I know in real life in a long time. My apologies if I'm a little rusty.
Lastly, I've never really roleplayed anime online. I'm pretty self-conscious about my ability to keep characters in character. Consequently, I prefere to stick to original characters and will probably stick to the Fantasy boards more than anything.
Lastly, I'm prone to frequent bouts of writer's block, so feel free to bother me if I'm holding something up. XD
